First established in 1948, Riverside Cricket Club is a proud club representing the western suburbs of the Tamar Valley in the Northern Tasmania Cricket Association competitions. Known also as the Blues, Riverside CC have a number of teams in the local junior competitions starting from under 12s through to senior cricket where multiple senior mens and a senior womens team represent the club. Throughout the season, Riverside CC also hosts junior and master blaster days for kids who aren't quite old enough to take that next step into organised cricket.

Located only a short ten minute drive from Launceston in Tasmania, Riverside Cricket Club's home ground is Windsor Park with the Blues having access to one turf and two synthetic pitches throughout the season along with a combination of turf and synthetic training nets and a modern clubroom and facilities.

In over 70 years of cricket, the Blues have managed to win multiple A Grade mens and womens premierships including a statewide T20 competition. Many players have represented our proud club and all levels with notbale players including including Sir Richard Hadlee, Tony Benneworth, Emma Manix-Geeves and Aidan O'Connor.
